Project Spotlight - Skaggs School of Pharmacy: Comprehensive Strategic Planning

The Challenge and Our Approach
The Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SSPPS) sought to refresh its strategic plan for 2025 and beyond through an inclusive, stakeholder-driven process. Over six months, OSI provided strategic consulting and project management support—administering a stakeholder survey, leading 15+ interviews and focus groups, and analyzing input from over 200 participants. OSI collaborated with SSPPS leadership to draft mission, vision, values, and strategic goals, culminating in a full-day planning retreat to align and refine priorities. 

The Impact
The process fostered broad engagement across SSPPS, built alignment among stakeholders, and produced a comprehensive strategic plan with clear goals, metrics, and direction for the school’s future.
